Hi. I am a dedicated Yoga instructor and a recent enthusiast in Reformer Pilates living and teaching in Frankfurt. I understand the challenges of balancing a demanding job with a commitment to personal health and fitness.
My journey into this fulfilling world of Yoga and Pilates wasn’t just driven by passion but also by necessity. Like many of you, I faced the struggle of finding time for self-care and exercise while studying and later juggling a full-time career. This challenge led me to discover the transformative power of integrating Yoga and Pilates into a busy lifestyle. My aim is to empower you to find that sweet spot where fitness and work-life coexist harmoniously.
